State Growth has made some changes to school bus services in Launceston to take effect at the start of the 2023 school year. See details below. Metro will also be providing correspondence around these changes.

Riverside High School

• Currently, two route 845 services operate between Trevallyn and Riverside High School in the morning. The second of these services was introduced as a trial in 2020 to provide additional capacity. From Term 1 2023, we will cease the operation of the second route 845 and instead provide a new permanent Route 152S service from the City to Riverside High via Trevallyn.

• The Route 152S will depart the City at 7:38am on school days, and travel via the Delungra Rd, New World Ave loops, and Pomona Rd to arrive at Riverside High at approximately 8:10am
