Maxwell 7D is being awarded with a Riverside Ripper for being a kind and respectful Grade 7 student. He always demonstrates a Growth mindset by putting his best foot forward and striving to do his best. Maxwell actively engages within the classroom contributing to discussions and has showed Connection through working with a range of people in his classes to make everyone feel respected and included.
Ruby 7C is recognised as a Riverside Ripper this week. She has made an excellent transition to Riverside High and is a valued member of 7C who consistently and quietly goes about achieving her goals in a mature and determined manner. Ruby has high expectations of herself as a student and approaches all aspects of school life with an excellent attitude and work ethic. She has a warm and open manner with fellow students and is respectful towards her teachers. Keep up the good work Ruby.
Luca 8E is being awarded a Riverside Ripper for consistently displaying Riverside High School’s values of Respect and Courage. He demonstrates Respect towards his teachers, classmates and learning environment every day. Luca also shows great Courage by making the good choices. Reliable, kind, and always ready to give his best, Luca is a deserving recipient.
Eva 8C is commended for her consistent application to her learning in Maths this year. She is punctual to class, organised, attentive and demonstrates the qualities of a Growth mindset. Eva’s approach to her learning reflects a strong work ethic and her application of our school values.
Lily 9C has made an excellent start to the school year. She consistently upholds the school value of Endeavour, always applying herself to learning tasks. Lily is respectful and kind toward peers and staff alike, always positively greeting others and checking in to make sure they are okay.
Ray 9C has started the year in a positive and enthusiastic manner. She has upheld the school value of Aspiration by committing to being the best version of herself across the school and in her classes. She has worked hard to complete her studies in HASS, she begins her lessons organised and ready to learn and asks questions to clarify and ensure that she is on the right track with her learning.
Shekinah 10E is well deserving this term of a Riverside Ripper. Shekinah has made remarkable progress this year with her willingness to step out of her comfort zone by engaging in voluntary work and showing great dedication.
